Santa Clara Concrete Company provides residential and commercial concrete contractor services in Santa Clara, CA and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveway installation, patio construction, stamped concrete, sidewalks, garage floors, retaining walls, floor installation, pool decks, steps, foundations, parking lots, footings, foundation raising, and concrete cutting.
All services are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal signed by both parties before work begins. These Terms apply broadly to your use of the Site and your general relationship with us.
Any estimate provided by Santa Clara Concrete Company — whether by phone, email, or written quote — is an approximation based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is established in a written proposal or contract provided before work begins.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if site conditions, material costs, or project scope change materially after the estimate is provided.
Requesting a free estimate does not create any obligation on your part to hire us, and does not create any obligation on our part to complete the work at the estimated price before a written agreement is signed.
Project start dates are scheduled after a written agreement is signed and any required deposit is received. We make reasonable efforts to begin work on the agreed date, but scheduling may be affected by weather, material availability, or crew circumstances beyond our control.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed job, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by calling (669) 285-6074 or emailing quotes@santaclaraconcretecompany.com. Cancellation terms specific to your deposit and contract are set out in your written agreement.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone work due to unsafe conditions, including extreme weather, site hazards, or any circumstances that would put our crew or your property at risk.
Payment terms are specified in the written proposal or contract for each job. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated before the job begins. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late payment fee as stated in your contract.
We reserve the right to stop work on any project where payment obligations are materially overdue, without waiving our right to collect amounts owed.
Where stated in your written agreement, Santa Clara Concrete Company provides a limited warranty on workmanship for the period specified in that agreement. This warranty covers defects in our work that arise under normal use and weather conditions. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, acts of nature, ground movement, tree root intrusion, vehicle overloading, or failure to maintain the finished surface as directed.
Concrete is a natural material subject to minor cracking, color variation, and surface changes over time. These characteristics are normal and not covered by any workmanship warranty unless they are the direct result of a defect in our installation.
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Santa Clara Concrete Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific work giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted.
If a dispute arises between you and Santa Clara Concrete Company in connection with these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at quotes@santaclaraconcretecompany.com or (669) 285-6074. We will attempt to respond and resolve the issue within 15 business days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Santa Clara, CA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless the parties mutually agree to another process. Each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
